He's made a couple of little gaffs, but I don't think we've seen him live up to his full potential yet. Lemme ask you this, what's the ONE thing the ultra-right-wing guys hate about Kerry? Is it his anti-Viet Nam war stance? There's not a lot of material there. Shameful -- well, maybe considering how you come down on the subject of just and unjust wars, but none of it is particularly funny. See where I'm going? I think the issue most of us have with Kerry has more to do with the fact that he's just another North Eastern Liberal in the same mold of Kennedy, Dukaikas etc. He has proven himself to change his opinions as the wind blows and never takes a hard stance on very much. I don't think most people consider this a leadership quality and I think more than anything else, thats what most in this country consider important. My prediction is once the Liberals get bored with their Bush hating, they will start to see Kerry in a different light. I think that light is what many conservatives are seeing Kerry in now. I think what happened to Howard Dean pales in comparison to how people will view Kerry. I think Howard Dean was the strongest candidate the Dims could have run. I think Republicans learned how easy the emotions of the Liberals could be manipulated by analysing what happened to Dean. At least Dean stood for something.
