djmarvin 2 #1 March 24, 2004 Looking at purchasing a new RV and want to ask a few questions. If you work in RV sales please let me know. It would be great to get some info from a fellow skydiver Blue skies DJ
rehmwa 2 #2 March 24, 2004 Have you seen the typical RVs and camper trailers many skydivers settle for? Yeeaaagghh. Maybe it would be better to get advice from a retired people website. ... djmarvin 2 #3 March 24, 2004 thats why i asked for a sales person. I have done alot of research already and have found what I like. I am just looking for someone in the sport who is in sales. If they are close enough to me I would definitely consider buying from them (support a fellow jumper). Thanks for your advice, but already been there. rehmwa 2 #4 March 24, 2004 Throwing the commission to a fellow skydiver. That's pretty decent of you. later ... djmarvin 2 #5 March 24, 2004 I was in car sales for awhile and had a few jumpers do the same for me. Now I skydive fulltime and just want to keep the love in the sport. And if there isn't any near me, I am at least hoping for some good honest answers. So when I go back to fight for the price I better my chances in this unregulated industry. Unlike car sales, rv sales have about zero regualtion. At least if you go buy a new car you know that you will get the same MSRP from dealers in the same area. In the RV industry U have found that you can have the same RV (down to the options) and the "MSRP" can vary GREATLY from dealer to dealer. AggieDave 6 #6 March 24, 2004 I've had sex in a few different RVs, does that count?--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
