Check out the Boeri Axis Performance and Myto Switch ski helmets. Pretty colors (but I haven't seen purple). Mine's a shimmery mid-blue. I made
a few skydives with it.

Hey, one of the guys at CrossKeys has a few Pro-Tecs he's custom painted and they look really good too! He's posted pics before but I'm just being lazy about finding them right now.

Doesn't look like he's on right now so just PM Blahr (aka Chris) if you don't find a purple one.

Somebody had mentioned the painting thing. "Blahr" seemed to go through this adventure awhile back and posted some cool pics of a pre and post painting job. Gave some info as well. Might help ya there AggieD......

dude the club just bought some more protec's and i swear we have a brand new purple one. i'll double check and all, but hey if you wanted to replace our purple one with any other couple we can just swap, they're just student helmets. It's a full cut, ears and all.

I've got a purple protec that you can have when I get a new helmet... but looking at my funds right now, it may be awhile. Keep me updated if you find one, otherwise it's yours (one of these days). Hey maybe I'll win a new one at the SDC Spring Expo this weekend!

Weird, I just saw an add last night for a revolutionary new spray paint. Bonds to plastics!

See Here. I don't see a purple on this list but you can contact them and ask. I also know that Krylon makes a primer for plastics which you can use normal spray paint over and not worry about it cracking and peeling off.
