World wars and the 'laws of physics'

Recommended Posts

Not only are world wars being fought but $450,000,000,000 per annum is being spent to murder our environment and the laws of physics are nothing but speculative garbage.

Isaac Newton took one too many apples to the head.

Skydivers should have bigger balls than physicists so maybe this forum is the right place to make the statement

no thank you for your drugged-up-interpretation of the world around us all...if you're not good at science, don't try to make a philosophical statement based on it.
ps. skydivers' balls are the same size as most others...we just like to have more fun.

> but what about us skydivers that are also physicists???

You must be part of the secret cabal trying to supress his various perpetual motion machines.

Maybe you can survive the change. The Pope did. A flat earth at the centre of the Universe. Shit happens from time to time. Newtons time is overdue 300 years.

If you're concerned about the $450B spent annually on arms worldwide, you certainly have plenty of company.

Please note that the lion's share of that is the US...but it used to be shared jointly with the USSR back in the day.

The $450B does not cover war. Just the thermodynamic laws. Not enough physicists are having parachute falure.

It's probably because physicists are buying parachutes designed while considering the laws of physics these people so despise. Don't you just hate it when things work the way they say it should?:P

Maybe these people should go and design their own parachute without the benefit of all the speculative garbage out there and jump it, so they can prove to everyone how stupid science really is. Afterwards, we can discuss the consequences of gravity and the second law of thermodynamics.
