A couple of my favorites: The tequila martini (most people have never heard of it) 1. two shots tequila (something like Cuervo 1800 - don't go fancy so as to not waste good alcohol) 2. Splash of dry vermouth Shake with ice and serve in chilled glass. Instead of olive, use a lemon twist. It's great! Tewuila without the kick. Gin gimlet - my favorite. Gin and lime juice.
