On a county scale, they probably dump on LA County and it's reciprocated equally. Tough to answer, since there are so many nice places, even the would-be "dumps" aren't that bad IMO. We dump on the boonie hicks from bumfuck Sussex and the PA border, the freaks from NY upstate, and the losers stuck in the 80s from south Jersey. Mostly the losers and bennys from south Jersey. We didn't have a town to dump on really, unless you count Nork (Newark) or Trenchtown (Trenton). They aren't towns to dump on though, they are just ghettos and gang turf for the most part.
