I posted here (well, in Wingsuits here) back in December about a WS reserve ride, and a person from that DZ attempted to rip me apart.

It worked.

Even though the posts have been modified and/or removed, I have not been back to that DZ since. The reserve ride was Dec 6th, and the last day there the 7th (reserve repack).

Recently I have really been thinking about that. Why did I not go back? I really love the DZ. For the most part, I love the people. I really do love the DZO and his wife, as they are really, REALLY good people. Well, this weekend, I will return, weather permitting. From now on I leave it to a DZO to tell me to not come back. If it upsets someone that I go to a place, they can just deal with it.

Bottom line, don't let them get to you. They got to me, and it took 4 months to realize they have no right to do that. Not to me, and not to anyone else.

I think you'll find attitude from people with both high and low jump numbers, in all disciplines.
I also think that the term may have different meanings to different folks. So...lets hear it.
