How cool would it be to BE one...to have a company sponsor an unexperienced jumper, giving them jumps, coaching, gear, tunnel time and such. Then once they are kick a$$, that person represents them at meets and such, or works for them.

Oh really? That's pretty cool! I'm afraid I'd not have much to bring to the table as far as other sport skills (or even skydiving ones for that matter! )

Both Bob and Jim Rippey are BASE jumpers and skydivers. I am sure there are more in those type of sports that do.
