freeflir29 0 #1 April 19, 2004 So I made it out to Waller on Saturday. Damn nice DZ. Big open landing area....... Nice outs......nice plane......indoor packing.....POOL.........cute chicks........ Only made one jump because it was just DAMN windy. The bad kind of wind. Gusty unpredictable. Plus.....I came somewhat close to hooking myself into the ground on the one jump. Combo of several factors. #1 I hadn't jumped since Mardi Gras #2 Damn windy out #3 New DZ #4 New risers that made my canopy turn differently. Anyway.......I had fun.........and that damn Mike talked me into ordering a Racer. Measured me for it right there and filled out an order form. I also got to jump my new camera set up. I was up till midnight getting the box cut down and moved forward on the helmet. The Diamond .3 lens is PERFECT for a PC-105. The risers Mike made me work PERFECTLY as well. Mike is one hell of a guy and Jumpshack's customer service is like NO OTHER I have seen in the industry. They believe in their products and will do ANYTHING to make it right for you. That is what really sold me on buying a Racer. If you are looking for a new rig I think you owe it to yourself to at least talk with Mike about his products. You will be impressed. Aggiedave..........Sorry I didn't make it over to meet you. I wanted to but was BEAT after getting up for work at 345AM on Saturday. In fact that's why I am posting this at 320AM. By the time I got home Sunday I was so worn out that I went to sleep about 6 PM. Woke up about an hour ago and can't go back to sleep now. Don't feel bad though.......I was too tired to go hang out with Rebecca as well. Hopefully I'll make it back out there soon!

I've got a couple jumps wearing my PC105 with a .3 inside RW jumps. It's worked very well for me.

flypunk 0 #6 April 19, 2004 Thanks, for serving as a base dude, it was pretty priceless to see the look of confusion in you when there was a change in plans in the exit.... welcome to our zoo!!!! I second the motion on the racers, as I ended up getting one and Mike was very helpfull in discusing all the options, bells and whistles as well as all the mods that they can do to them in order to deliver what you want even if its not their standard. He was also very receptive and open about everybody's opinion and preferences, too bad we couldn't jump more thanks to the winds. ...
AggieDave 6 #7 April 19, 2004 And I'm sorry I couldn't make it to Waller on Saturday to meet you, too many tandems for me to do on Saturday for me to get away from Aggieland.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
