So, these two color options I'm considering. They're both conservative, I know... I like the first one the best. What do you guys think about dark colors? I see a lot of people wearing black. katiebear21 0 #2 April 19, 2004 I like the 2nd one. Colors get crazy too. Most of the time, the binding tape doesn't match the colors on the suit so things like navy/black are very easy to match. Also unless you have a real cash flow issue then get the 2" grips and the option inseam grips. I didnt realise how important that it and now a little further on I am going to be buying a whole new suit! Lots of black is good because a lot of second hand rigs (unless you already have your own?) are black / dark blue, so they will match(ish)!!*************** Not one shred of evidence supports the theory that life is serious - look at the platypus. Initially I thought about solid black with royal blue grips... but the more I looked at it I thought, wow, those would be really bright... I guess that's the point. lol. But there is a strong contrast I think between the lt grey/max blue especially and also the black/max blue. The gal did recommend the inseam grips as well as 1 1/2". I don't have gear yet and am hoping to find a used black container. My suit looks fairly subdued in real life but really stands out in shots like the attached... bch7773 0 #7 April 19, 2004 I think the first one will work well. my suit looks almost exactly like that, but without the white. i've never had a problem with being hot from the black suit. and i think your gripper colors on the first one is fine. mine are dark blue on a black jumpsuit and no one has ever complained they can't find them during a skydive. make sure to post pics of it (with you in it) once you get it...
