I did a 2 way with a RB this weekend. Do i simply need to do a shot of tequila with him to become a RB? I would think that the "initiation" would be more than that. Then one and every person to do a jump with a RB becomes one. Or how does it work?

I did my RB jump at the Mardi Gras Boogie but the initiations didn't happen. Not sure what happens to me next

YES...there is an initiation with some dancing and body shots involved but that's all I know.
