katiebear21 0 #1 April 21, 2004 Just talked to him and I think he's missing us... told me to make a post letting ya'll know he's working his butt off doing a military AFF contract out at The Skydiving Place (2.3 miles off of I95) and if anyone's in the area to stop by. I'm sure he misses reading through the hoards of threads every day and providing all his useful feedback to the masses. I can't imagine what his Message box looks like! I'm sure missing him too (hence the frequent posting). We'll be in Opelika, Alabama celebrating his Dad's B-Day this weekend. I've never jumped into anyones backyard before. This might get interesting! Oh, and for those who didn't know, we will be back up in NC for at least 3 years during the first week of June. Chuck is getting his own tandem rig and I'll be busy pimping him out. Can't wait to get back to land... we've got 2 great dz's close to each other and a tunnel on the rise. Life is good! I am feeling the need for some relative work.. My mother is gettingr eally old and frail and I dont know how much longer she is going to be around. She will not be coming with me to the DZ.. it made her nutz when I started jumping again after all these years.. and watching me jump once last year uner a T-10 round.....it was just too much for her... she is a very worrisome type of mother.
