ScubaSteve 0 #1 April 24, 2004 Just sitting here bored this afternoon with an overcast rainy sky. So I decided to capture my AFP vids from VHS. I thought I would share last jump with you'all. This is my AFP 6 done last weekend. My instructor was Rook Nelson!!! So I was a little nervous to say the least. The dive folw was basically 180 leg turns. This is my weak attempt. BTW I know I messed up at pull time.. http://www.triadriders.com/scuba/afp6.wmv

freeflir29 0 #3 April 24, 2004 QuoteBTW I know I messed up at pull time.. How's that? You de-arched a little to reach the handle but Ididn't see anything major. If I was going to nit pick I'd say be more obvious on your exit count and you went more like 270 on the first turn. Looked like a plenty successful jump to me though. dixieskydiver 0 #6 April 25, 2004 I thought you did great, your stability was good throughout. What they said about the legs turns needing a little bit more input, but that will come with time. Good job! I couldn't see anything wrong at pull time. I try to catch my hacky between my thumb and forefinger and throw back and out, but I think its just a matter of your preference and how your instructor teaches you. Good jump.
