VanillaSkyGirl 6 #51 May 4, 2004 QuoteIf I remember correctly from my visit to Perris last year, the townies and jumpers don't especially like each other. Perhaps she thought you were a townie and therefore were on her turf and gave you shit for it. Hmmm...but I have been jumping there, instead of Elsinore, regularly for the last month or so. I know that people have seen me around. Also, to clarify to everyone (not Airmail ), nor was I flirting with nor talking with anyone's men. I say "hello" to some people, but that is about it. Those who know me, know that I am not like that at all...not loud or "in the spotlight". Right before the incident, I was dancing, but not in a "raunchy" manner. Trust me, there were plenty of women dancing very sexily with each other and wearing cute outfits, too.

Right before the incident, I was dancing, but not in a "raunchy" manner. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I know you are upset and rightfully so; you were in a very vunerable position and this person surely attacked you. But I want you to do something. Please don't blame yourself for being beautiful. Wear what you want to wear, dance like you want to dance. You did NOTHING to her and its all on her!!! I really can't see you doing something wrong here. You'd think you'd be safe in the ladies room with a bunch of people right outside the door! She's going to get whats coming to her. She probably feels stupid already, but trust me, she's going to say something to someone with a hair-trigger. And not even KNOWING what happened to you (about the man grabbing you), she already picked on someone who has a rightful issue. Its just a matter of time before someone wakes her up or takes her out. The point is, Rosa, please don't beat yourself up trying to figure what YOU did to set her off. She's a nutjob. If she really had a problem with you she would have been standing there when you came out. I hope things get better for you and you feel safe again soon.~~April Camelot II, the Electric Boogaloo! vt1977 0 #53 May 4, 2004 I'm so sorry to hear about this Rosa - she sounds like she has issues - and they are most definitely hers and not yours! It was most likely the alcohol talking, but as has been said it would probably be wise to be a little bit extra careful for a week or two - maybe walk to your car with a friend or something. That is weird sh*t - and not something you deserve. Vicki
