Need help finding someone.

My dad used to skydive out of Lake Elsinore and Oceanside in California in the late 60's early 70's. I am looking for a guy named Mac Belcher. If anyone knows where he is please post.
They also used to jump out of Taft, Livermore and LaMore Navel airstation. They used to be really good friends, but lost touch about 20 years ago.:)
