lawrocket 3 #1 May 14, 2004 I listened to plenty on the radio last night, and found myself watching to the Sharks/Calgary game last night despite the last episode of Frazier. What a great game. Thrilling hockey. I'm just upset I missed the Lightning/Philly game.. I also listened to the Laker game on radio as I was moving some stuff to my new pad. Lakers 16 point lead. I forgot about it. THen after the hockey game I have ESPN on and I found out wha happened. I'm no Laker fan (though I would go to 3 or 4 games per year when I lived in LA) and I'm not a particular basketball fan. But hearing complaints that the home scorekeeper waited too long to start the clock sounds a bit ridiculous. San Antonio and Sacramento have something in common now - experience with Laker miracles and mutual blame of the officials. My wife is hotter than your wife. CanuckInUSA 0 #2 May 14, 2004 Quotefound myself watching to the Sharks/Canucks game last night Hmmm ... must be from a different planet, or maybe you have TiVo as the Sharks and "Vancouver" Canucks did not play against each other last night. The Canucks were too busy chasing Todd Bertuzzi around the golf course to be worried about playing hockey. Now the Calgary Flames, that's a different storey. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

ChasingBlueSky 0 #4 May 14, 2004 I can't believe that the state of Florida seems to be pushing out really good teams in all sports the last few years. Marlins, Bucs, and now the Lightning. If they could just figure out how to get Orlando up and working, they would be tops in most pro sport. Who would have thunk that?_________________________________________ you can burn the land and boil the sea, but you can't take the sky from me.... I WILL fly again..... But I was on the phone with my brother for the last few minutes of the game, and hearing him hollar at the TV (learned from my father....), I switched it on to see the last basket. Wow. Amazing thing there. Ciels- Michele ~Do Angels keep the dreams we seek While our hearts lie bleeding?~
FallingILweenie 0 #6 May 14, 2004 I dont follow hockey much, but i heard that the Amonte calls the line that he, Roenick, and Zhamnov are in "Blackhawk Down". seeing as the Blackhawks are a joke, i found that pretty funny.
