Working or hardly?

Recommended Posts

I am at work, repacking my rig, changing out the stows, and wiping it down to get ready for the weekend at Perris. Damn my job rocks, everybody in the office busting ass and i'm taking up the floor with my rig. On the point of stows (wrong section but what the hell) I replaced them all and still had to double wrap the last four stows. Is this a proble or not? What are you doing at work?:D

Who says I'm at work? :P

Today I ordered a jumpsuit and a whole bunch of Go Fast, received the coolest pair of swoop shorts (not for me dammit), gathered up my jumpsuits so I can wash them tonight in preparation for this weekend, packed up one of the wingsuits I'm bringing, went to the post office and chatted with a few people.

I'm at home now. This afternoon/evening I have to pack more warm clothes cuz I'm told it's been cold in Perris lately, wash and hang to dry three jumpsuits, clean the lens on my Oxygn, pack my daypack for the plane ride (munchies, CD player, headphones, book, drugs so I can sleep and the ride is over faster, etc) and finish cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.

Oh, and I have to drink beer while I'm doing all that.

I know you don't know me Sunshine but I would be happy to take on the repsonsibility of being your beneficiary.

Depends, what type of lines are you using and what size bands? If you are using big bands for spectra lines but have hma lines, I'd suggest using smaller bands.

From experience, we don't double stow our student rigs anymore and have experience almost no line twists (of course when the students deploy stable)...

just my .02 cents

Now back to the work question, I work till 5 and guess where I'm not :)

I'm going on 80 hours this week after I get off work at 1230am tonight and since I work through saturday thats going to be 11 days in a row.

Plus its gorgous outside right now after like 2 months of rain (or so it seemed).

drugs so I can sleep and the ride is over faster,

All I have to do is get on the plane, and I'm out. I always sleep on flights. Sometimes I wake myself up cause my head is tilled back, mouth is open, and I'm snoring. The snoring is what wakes me. I'm sure I'm a great source of entertainment on flights.

When skydiving, my fellow jumping buddies tease me cause I sleep on the ride to altitude, but I tell them I'm just visualizing the dive.

I've been very busy today. After taking Adam to school, I dropped the van off to get my brake lights fixed. When to WalMart for some flowers to put on the back porch. Mowed the front and back yard, and am doing laundry right now. I have three jumpsuits to wash from last weekend. The tunnel leaves lots of bugs on the front of jumpusuits. I also dusted the whole house, cause mom and dad arrive on Friday for Luke's High School Graduation. Wow! I can't believe I have a son old enough to graduate.
