dixieskydiver 0 #1 June 1, 2004 Well I'm back after 16 days and after all that flying and no jumping I'm about to pee my pants I'm so ready to jump. It was an awesome time and I'll have pictures as soon as I have money to develop the pictures (don't hold your breath). The only crappy part was that I got stuck for 9 hours in Chicago day before yesterday (i slept all day yesterday from 5 am - 7 pm) at the bloody airport. Not fun. I didn't make it back from ATL till 5 in the morning. I got a whole wad of DVD's for a dollar apiece and so far they have all worked. Oh and although they have no skydiving there I saw it used in at least 2 billboards... for cellphones and for luggage. They are making a very slow and awkward transition into a free market economy. Our tour guide said this "The government, it is like a girl who wants to make love, but is very shy." Also the amount of construction going on throughout the country is positively astounding. Cranes dominate the horizen in every city we visited. There were hundreds in Beijing alone. Oh and the Chinese girls were very fond of American boys, and not just the ones who needed help with the rent either. La chica de puerto rico en mi viaje fue bien tambien.
