ChrisL 2 #1 June 4, 2004 After 4 years with the company, I have officially tendered my resignation. In 2 weeks I will be outta there. A company that I have been negotiating with for 3 months now finally completed all the background checks and reference checks and fedexed me the official offer. slug 1 #6 June 4, 2004 Hi ChrisL 6% is a Nice pay raise dude10-12% pay aise is doable when hyper inflation kicks in, but then the cost of everything goes up 10-12%.
