The Headquarters is in seoul, but the DZ is NE of seoul along the (forgot the name) river. I gave up all my info since Ive been back for two years but basically... its costs about 140 USD to join the KPA, which you must do. the heli flight was about 90 USD and the pilots were supposedly skecthy at best. I stay on the ground. Plan a mid tour to Autsralia man.....I AM TELLING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WILL BE GREAT. go alone or with a small group and bring your rig. Sydney skydiving centre KICKS ASS if you go I'll break out my aussie books and give you directions to it form sydney. Korea isnt horrible dude, its just that there is no/limited skydiving. all in all I enjoyed my tour.
