Slackers....I can't believe nobody stated the obvious.

In the summer, I wait until Saturday. On my way to the DZ, I stop by the local Hooters and let them wash it. They have car wash Saturdays here.B| The bikini girls always give a good wash.

But, otherwise, I'm just about as bad as Paige and Boosted. I do it myself and take a couple of hours to do it right.:)

i used to take mine to the pressure wash, but bought one for home now. i use the pressure to blast all the mud and excess crap off, then soap it up, wash it by hand, then rinse with the pressure wash again. every once in awhile i'll use the no-touch tire stuff and vacuum and armour-all the interior. i'll never buy a black car again!

Wow, if our Hooters did that and the car actually got washed, I would let one of my buddies take it for me.

Washing a car is just like making love to a woman, can't rush through it to get it right!:P:)

Those pressure washers are great. We have one for our house windows so it is super pressure washer to reach up high. Unfortunately, we don't know what setting to turn it to so it won't take the paint off of the car when we wash it. Gotta use the garden hose and Mr. Clean, that's stuff is the bomb, you really dont' have to dry you car and its a spot free shine.

Give some love to the black cars, they look soooo slick and all government secret and stuff.

I let God wash my car most of the year. I get it washed & polished by some dudes down the street @ a car wash w/in the first 1/2 of June & then again just after the first snowfall in winter.

It's illegal to let soapy water drain freely in my town, so no one washes their cars @ home.

In FL, I would wash my car when it was raining - that way no soap could stick to the car & once I started the dirt had already been softened by the rain. Then when the rain stopped I'd dry it w/ a towel & polish by hand - all 1x/mo.

There is no can't. Only lack of knowledge or fear. Only you can fix your fear.

I like it when men think this way. Of course, I'm not talking about "washing a car".

I second that sista! Washin a car is like treatin a woman right, gotta do it slow and right the first time or else the soap dries and gets crusty....who wants crusty anything? lol:D:P;)

Thanks for the tips for washin in FL. I'll be movin down there Sunday so I'll be sure to try em out and see if that will work by the ocean. I have a feeling I'll have to be washing the salt and sand off more frequently:S

Absolutely. If you try to wash a car on a sunny day, your brain gets cooked before you ever get through the wash. Plus the reflection hurts my eyes.

Washing it in the rain is cooler and it is like having an "auto-rinse" cycle. :)

the main reasons for doin it in the rain!! plus, it's sometimes fun to have an audience while washin your car (given your in shape & all).

Paige, another problem in FL is LOVE BUGS - blech!! During season, you have to wash the car basically every week if not more often - stupid stinkin love bugs & their acidic insides eatin into the paing - blach>:(

I think breakin her ankle has gotten Vanillia in a randy mood - recently - yauza!! :D:$;)
