mardigrasbob 0 #1 June 14, 2004 I work in customer service. Half of my day is wasted on the phone or at the counter dealing with unreasonable people or someone wanting free advice. I just got finished with a woman who did'nt want to pay $24.00 for an electronic repair. I time I spent explaining and re-explaining could have been used repairing several other people's equipment. I gave it to her no charge; and she still was unhappy because the free repair was not warranteed. I thing these people should come with WARNING-ASSHOLE tattooed on their forehead.
