feeling a tad lonely at the bonfire

Recommended Posts

Hi Sarah,

I understand where you're coming from and I think we're around the same age (21 right?). Sometimes it can be lonesome and frustrating seeing everyone walking around in couples like friggin' Noah's Ark. I've said the same things you've just said on these boards, and the people here have really helped me.Listen to them.I've gone through alot and these awesome people here helped me through it all.I've had more opportunities to meet new people, travel and enjoy new experiences thanks to the friends I've made here.

I'm still single, but ya know what? I don't care anymore. I'm young and know new possibilities always come around the corner when you lest expect them.Relax, enjoy the time you have now and today's experiences will make you a more well rounded person for tomorrow when you do finally meet someone special.:)
Anytime you'd like to talk feel free to PM me.

Well, you're certainly looking in the right place (DZ.com) for dynamic young people. Or at least young-at-heart.

Go to boogies, make skydiving friends, meet their friends. Bingo, instant romance. Or at least some good makeout sessions. ;)--

Patience, my dear. Just as it takes time to get 1000 jumps, it takes time to get the perfect SO.

I plan on going to the WFFC this summer--how's that for a boogie to meet people? And yes, I know it takes time, I am just a little depressed right now that the kind of guy I am attracted doesn't exist. :(

You just ain't met the kind of guy that you are attracted to. Or at least the kind of guy you thought you were attracted to turned out to be unworthy of skydiving...

Spend some time at the DZ, he'll show up. Hell, it might be me! Hopefully, anyway. ;)

Meanwhile, have fun with your freedom.

Dude, can you be more specific?

Freedom...well that's just some people talkin' ...

What sort of fun do YOU have with your freedom?

That one's easy...I don't have to answer to anyone for anything I do as long as I stay legal. I can belch or fart without someone wretching or frowning and running from the room. I don't have to pay someone else's bills and can spend my money any way I like. If I knew where Moody, Casie, Bytch, Dzdiva, or any of the other lovely ladies lived I could stalk them:D:D without fear of reprisal from my SO. I can wrap aluminum foil around my body late at night/early in the morning and go play "Alien" in traffic, if I want to. And as soon as they (the doctors) do my little bypass, I can go skydiving any time I want to... :D:D:D:D
