Almost paralyzing.. well, I'm on some good pain/muscle relaxers and just going to take it easy today and be a post whore on my mom's high speed computer. Has your back ever locked up for no reason? Think it was triggered by working too hard yesterday and not drinking enough water.So go drink some water before your muscles say Fu@k you. Ahhhhh my back !
