Michele 1 #1 June 15, 2004 So, I just bought tickets to be there this weekend for a very special event...and we'll be at Monroe Skydiving, I believe (Mar, Jen, correct me if I'm wrong...)...Aprilcat, Flyangel and Mailin and I will there on Saturday, June 19... I'll be flying in June 18, and leaving in the afternoon June 20. If you're in the area, lemme know, and maybe we can share a beer friday or saturday night (should scheduling permit...) Also, what's the weather like, does it look like we will be able to jump (storms and whatnot) on Saturday and Sunday, and does anyone have any hints on getting gear through security? YAY!!!! (Jen and I are trading places. ) But y'all have fun without me! Oh, I had NO problem getting my gear through security. They didn't even look at it twice, and my dumbass had left my hook knife on my rig the first leg of my trip. The second leg I remembered to pack it in my suitcase. Also kewlio is my Pop...who is gonna get up very very early to drive me to the airport (he's picking me up at 5:15 am), and then come back out on father's day night to pick me up. He just rocks. I tried again to get him on a tandem, but no...I promised him a wonderful TM, but he said "I would say NO if God himself was the guy behind me....!" lol!!! Anyway, this will be tons of fun, and I can't wait to meet you all. Can anyone magic up a nice, solid, big thunderstorm for me to watch (preferably Friday night)? Here in CA, we don't get them too much, and I'd love to see one again........
