Zenister 0 #4 June 28, 2004 i was once given a ticket on A1A in FL, but the cop wrote US1 on it instead ...i noticed when he handed it to me to sign, but wisely kept my mouth shut until the court date... it took about 30 sec in the court room for the officer to realize his mistake and the judge to dismiss the charge.. ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed. kelpdiver 2 #7 June 28, 2004 seems to vary by region, esp with the lesser parking tickets. I remember getting one (unattended red zone) that had the wrong color and said the VIN was illegible. Certainly it was - the meter maid was 50 yards away, only popped out when I pulled out to leave. No one ever successfully appeals a parking ticket in Berkeley.
