labrys 0 #77 June 28, 2004 I forgot to post last weekend: 2:11:at least 3 2 really bad landings: 1 botched PLF after a flat turn on my final to avoid another canopy crosswinding a landing into the same spot I had chosen. 1 badly timed flare on a downwind landing (low winds and the pattern had been decided on the plane) that left me trying to get my wind back long enough for people to start running for me. I grounded myself after that one. Saturday, New canopy, 1st Scott Miller canopy control course. Sunday, my 1st NSL 4-way meet. I had SO much fun doing 4 way that I think I'll concentrate on that skill for a long time. The pic attached is our 4th exit, 1 second after leaving the door and 2 seconds after leaving the door my fault. This weekend: 3:3:0 3 perfect landings and 3 fun RW jumps.Owned by Remi #? tigra 0 #79 June 28, 2004 It WAS a great weekend! I didn't get to play with the girls on Saturday because I was taking Scott Miller's canopy control class (again...). But the class was great and well worth my time and money. (Thanks Betzilla, for loaning me your pretty new rig, too!) So 5 H&Ps Saturday and 2 fun RW dives Sunday where I had to dive and swoop! Woo Hoo! Big fun! We had the Suger Gliderz flying RW with us! And they totally rocked! I hope we have a few more "girlie" weekends this summer! Val- it was great jumping with you too- don't be such a stranger!
