Brains 2 #2 July 1, 2004 Get a hold of someone in the tax office in the county where your mail is sent and ask them. Generally it is just a mistake and i would like to think that you being in the military would get you somewhere. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you. PhillyKev 0 #3 July 2, 2004 If it's your official residence, I would think you have to pay. But, I got tax bills every year for the school district where my Mom lives for 4 years after I moved out. Every year I'd have to call them and then send them a copy of my lease and utility bills.
