Tampa has more nekkie clubs than tennis courts. Most of the accessible-by-boat-only islands have thong-ok or nudity-ok areas. The nudity is against the law, but as long as there is no problems, it is ignored. You get used to seeing hard-bodies in thongs and string bikinis.
