AggieDave 6 #1 July 12, 2004 What happened to you this weekend that's kinda funny...since I'm laughing at myself for bouncing off of the step on a 206. Why does my shin hurt? Because there's a huge fucking bruise and knot from the step of a borrowed cessna 206. I hit it launching a tandem out the door yesterday. Why did that happen, I take tandems out of cessna aircraft all the time... The step is the size of Oklahoma! Al Sailor's 206 is a nice roomy aircraft and the step is nice for launching RW from, but its a bitch if you dive tandems from the door, I have to tell you. It damn near felt like I broke something as I bounced off and was on my back with my student (for a second, then I rolled us over and pitched the drogue).
