Vicodin make me sleepy and smiley :-)

Recommended Posts

So I had the pins put in my hand today. Surgery went well. My Doctor gave me 50 Viodin to help me with the pain. I'm a little sleepy and feeling very nice right now. Hooray for modern medicine.

The only time you should look down on someone is when you are offering them your hand.

I had to take that stuff while waiting for a tooth canal once. The bottle read 'take with food'...I found out real quick. I took one in-between meals once (empty stomach) and then chased it down with 20 oz of Mt Dew.

I was running around the office like Cornholio. :D "Do you have t.p....for my bunghole?"

That red bull ought to kick it up a few notches.

I had to take it a few weeks ago..only took it for a day and a half but it gave me MONSTER headaches. I had to take regular aspiring to ward off the effects of the painkiller. Needless to say I didn't enjoy that for a minute. Let me know if you get a headache, please. I'd like to know if I'm just plain screwed up.~~April

Hope you are healing up quickly!

One word of caution with Vicodin.

Some people have reported nightmares when taking Vicodin shortly before bedtime. I know of three people that had to stop taking it because of this.

You would not notice it unless you took it just before bed, and it may not affect you in this way, but just figured would pass on the tip just in case you were to have a bad set of dreams and wonder where they came from -

That's me. It happened about half the time. I can't stand the stuff due to this uncomfortable feeling.

Or maybe you followed a rabbit and have found yourself wearing a skirt?:D:ph34r:

Or better yet, you are zonked out in front of the TV and feeling a little high...:D:D:DB|;):P

being a nearly completely lucid dreamer, this is one of the side effects of Vicodin i've really enjoyed this week..

however i had my doc give me the oxycodon straight to take home. I'll take the tylenol on my own as i need it... just took my 4 hour booster so we'll see what differences are this eve....
