Hey, I don't make the rules, but I dang sure follow them (well okay, in this case anyway).
My mom taught me well. From an early age she taught me to drop the seat...it takes all of 2 seconds. In 5.25 years of marriage that is one thing that hasn't been a conflict....I drop the top, all the time, EVERY time. I make sure I drop it at work and where ever I am so that I don't lose the habit.

Trust me, the work is worth it.
