The PITA is calling all the clients notifying them of the exact outage window for their stuff during the reboot. Just as bad is getting every desktop to reboot tonight.

Benifits of having a MS rep onsite... we had the patches this morning and testing was done by noon. The stupid patch that came out last week was deemed incompatible with one of our applications so I know all about testing
