turtlespeed 226 #2 June 30, 2004 Camera suit flying workshops, and video technique coaching. What? I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

bbarnhouse 0 #5 June 30, 2004 QuoteAny chance of a BMI course We hosted one last year, there is one here in October. I will check with Jari and his crew to see if we can make that happen
turtlespeed 226 #6 June 30, 2004 Besides M.McGowan? I don't know - Greg Gasson would be a good speaker I think. Paul Quade has ALOT of great insight. (I actually do read other parts of the forums - I just rarely post there.) Brent Finley and his piers . . . It all depoends on what time and participation will allow. I would even go so far as to pay a reasonable fee for a structured "Coaching Course" and I am pretty sure those that are serious about flying camera would too.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
Brains 2 #7 June 30, 2004 QuoteSounds good and who would suggest spear head the seminar? Jason Peters, Greg Gasson, Brent Finley, Steve Curtis, Airspeed camera flyers (forgive me for not knowing their names) McGowan, etc. etc. etc. The seminars by GG and MM last year were fantastic, something similar would be great. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Well Turtle you certainly arent the first to ask for this. Last year folks suggested a seminar on learning to fly tandem video. I will talk to the above mentioned folks and see if we can't put something together. Holiday is a really busy time to host a course, but maybe we can do something like a 2 part evening seminar? Keep on me about this...its a good idea! QuoteThe seminars by GG and MM last year were fantastic, something similar would be great. That I can do! A course is an entirely different matter. But I will check in to it. What else?
