catfishhunter 2 #2 July 28, 2004 Sweet! Quote(Of course, by then it'll be winter and I'll probably freeze my ass off trying to jump then... but it might happen...) Winter Jumping is the SHIT! I love landing in snow and only REAL skydivers are at the dropzone You won't freeze your ass off but you might want to think about a full face helmet.Only thing I wish I had last winter. Other then that, leaving the plane in sub-zero temps friggin ROCKED! MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT Life is Short and we never know how long we are going to have. We must live life to the fullest EVERY DAY. Jeth 0 #4 July 28, 2004 I heard somebody say that you get really stiff in freefall up in that cold air. Hard to maintain good body position. Not true?? It would be very cool to land in the snow, tho! catfishhunter 2 #5 July 28, 2004 It rocks. :) Jumped all winter long. Most jumps where only from 5K-7K A few up to 9 but mostly 5-7K. On Valentines Day we was landing in 2 feet of snow! It definitely DID NOT SUCK! QuoteI heard somebody say that you get really stiff in freefall up in that cold air. Hard to maintain good body position. Not true?? What do you need to worry about body position for As long as you're belly to earth when you deploy you'll be fine MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT Life is Short and we never know how long we are going to have.
