Funny incident - My hand stuck in my pants

So I go out to treat myself to a good cup of coffee before going to the physical therapsits. I am the only customer in the store at 9:40 am. I go to pay and the pins in my hand get stuck in my pants pocket. So here I am wiggling my hand around in my pocket trying to get it out. I now have to explain that I have two metal pins sticking out of my pinky and I am not playing pocket pool. (See pictures)

The girl, about 17 or so thinks for a second. Then she asks me "Are you some kind of freak?" I replied, "Well usually I am a little freaky; but, I am just plain stuck right now" As she is helping me get my hand out of my pocket, a woman walks in, blushes a little and walks out. Well, finall Lori my wonderful server puts both hands in my pocket and is able to get my hand unstuck.

I hung around had my coffee and we laughed about it. Best part of my day so far. Even better than the vicodin.

The only time you should look down on someone is when you are offering them your hand.

I was going to ask you about those pins yesterday, but was searching for my own Vicodin (kidney stones). You mentioned that you're jumping in August. When are those pins coming out and I hope you're not jumping WITH them. Funny story..keep going out in public!~~April

April, pins come out Aug 6. I can't wait.

Freaked another kids out today. He had two piercings in his lip. I told him I did this myself and could do one for him. He said no thanks. LOL

Volleyball. Those damn ball sports are so dangerous. Why would anyone play with a ball.

I damn near cut my finger off in an industrial accident once. One of the subsequent operations required pins. I had one sticking straight out the end of my finger, with a 90 degreee bend in it. I used to spin it around like a little propeller.

Dang! I had 2 pins in my thumb but never had them stick out of the skin at all! They had to tack down a ligament to the bone when I torn it off.

Enjoy your physical therapy when you get yours taken out! We LOVE fingers!!
