RkyMtnHigh 0 #1 August 1, 2004 What a weekend it's been..jumped at Deland on Friday and hung out with the "locals" at the Pub Friday night. Deland weather didn't look jumpable Saturday morning..so Vinny and I decided to chase blue skies and giddyup! We found beautiful blue skies at Lake Wales. We had some awesome freefly jumps and anyone who has jumped with the Anvil knows that he hauls arse!His belly fall rate matched my sitfly fall rate. After Lake Wales, we decided to continue the journey of chasing blue skies to Zhills so I could do some freefly coaching with Colon Berry.. damn doppler radar. TheAnvil 0 #4 August 1, 2004 Hehehehehehe. You nailed it chica! Lake Wales was AWESOME! We had a good time at that place. RockyMtnHigh and I match belly and sit rates pretty well. We also went out head down with this other guy out of the Otter which was pretty cool while it lasted. After we left Lake Wales we went through a monsoon to find this dive bar with some kickass oysters on the half shell Saturday nite. Hangin' with the locals in Winter Haven. Our Sunday invasion of Z-hills was foiled by the weather, but we met some cool folks there just hanging out. Florida is cool but it's one HELL of a rainy place in the summertime. Chasing blue skies...must...feed...the...ADDICTION!!!!!!!! Timmeh is cool...we need to do some more 3-d RW dude - sooooooon.
