Ducky 0 #1 August 10, 2004 So I am making my first (I know beer) trip to WFFC coming on thursday and I am bringing my non-jumping fiancee w/ me. Besides the obvious, booze, books n tunes any suggestions on what she should bring to curb any boredom or make the most of her time there?? Will she be bored to tears for 4 days?? I think her motivation is it's her last chance before school starts to get away. Secondly and more primary the only skydiving buddy of mine she even remembers ever meeting past away recently and she wasn't able to attend the memorial, I think she realized how cool some of you peeps are and just how precious few time we all get to spend together. Anyways I kinda like when she tags along on occasion. But you are probably right that she will get bored as hell after a short time, but she can work on the sun-tan (which I am sure my fellow skydivers won't mind)and catch up on some reading kwakSometimes your the bug, sometimes your the windshield. Hey you should try the mountain air of Lost Prairie... not once did I have a hangover there. and all of my jumps the next day had good positive effects on my system with the appropriate blood /alcohol levels registered.I never once got dizzy at altitude and barely felt a little tingly on the fingertips even when getting extra altitude there on a few occasions...Even Super Barbie managed to get us a little extra alti I could not believe there were some lightweights on the jump complaining about extra altitude...sheesh.. these kids nowadays.
