Now, to bring things back down to the level appropriate to the Bonfire, Here is what I think of his diet... Disclaimer: According to the NIH, I'm overweight. But those guidelines don't seem to account for the fact that I'm mostly muscle. In fact, my lean body mass would put me in the 'overweight' category.
