tunaplanet 0 #2 August 15, 2004 Glad you're back safe. I believe ZHills turned out ok, I think. Lake Wales got hammered and a lot of damage. Their own fault for not taking proper precautions. Forty-two
PhreeZone 20 #3 August 15, 2004 >Their own fault for not taking proper precautions. What do you want them to do to protect the hanger? They did everything they could do with the hour warning they got that the storm was changing path and was to hit them. I think its low you are slamming a DZ for getting hit with 150+ mph storm damage Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
Misslmperfect 0 #4 August 15, 2004 is it some kind of requirement for you to throw something negative into EVERY post you make??? why couldnt you just say "Lake Wales got hammered and a lot of damage"?Oh Canada, merci pour la livraison!
BGill 0 #5 August 15, 2004 I agree with phree on this one. Lake Wales is one of the greatest dz's out there and definitely has their shit together. They did the best they could with the cards they were dealt. Shit happens, but what we need to be doing now is helping them out in any way possible, not trashing them.
