Vallerina 2 #1 August 19, 2004 I just got back from Target. While I was strutting my stuff in my sexy sweat pants and t-shirt, I hear someone exclaim, "Vallerina!" Yes, I ran into the guy that gave me my nickname at my local Target! I've known him my entire life, and he gave me my beautiful nickname when I was 4 and thought I knew what love is. It's weird running into people like that unexpectedly. Memories of snow forts, the Game of Life, prank calls to WJOB, dance recitals, running bases, ditch, and all the other wonderful things that happened during my childhood....all of that came back to me in an instant. We chit chatted for about 20 mins...in his typical fashion he asked me if I had any hot, single friends to set him up with. He invited me to his barbeque. He told me that another one of the guys I grew up with just got engaged.
