I have the old album "Skyscraper" on CD, and have listened to it in spurts since the early '90s. It came back to mind when I was learning to skydive late 2003. When I began standing up my landings (took me the first few skydives to get it pretty regular) I kept thinking -- and singing out loud -- an excerpt from a song on that album called "Stand Up": "Staaaand up! Staaaand UP! The more you do it, the less you fall down! Staaand up! Staaand UP! Put your head in the clouds and your feet on the ground!" I just thought that anyone who is having trouble getting their stand-up landings down might check that song out and enjoy it.
