PhillyKev 0 #6 August 19, 2004 It's pretty much a requirement on your driver's test here. All our roads started out as carriage paths. We don't have the nice wide open ones you have out there. There are two major rules in Philly. NEVER leave enough space between you and the car in front for someone to get in, no matter how fast you're moving. If someone DOES leave enough space, you are legally and morally required to get in that spot as quickly as possible even if that lane is moving slower.
