Dougiefresh 0 #39 August 20, 2004 Canadian Bacon. Silly slapstick, but very timely. Was made around '95 and totally mocks the political situation now. John Candy's second to last film. My cousin knew I was worried about the date so he decided to call me on their way into the city to see the movie just to see if I needed an out. A Man Apart -- this will tide you over until the really excellent Man on Fire comes out. Brain Candy -- a bizarro feature-film from The Kids In The Hall, so you know it's hilarious. Life is Beautiful -- watch the DVD with the original spoken Italian and the English subtitles (unless of course you speak Italian, then skip the subtitles altogether). That's one of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen. Eurotrip -- also a very funny movie. I got dragged to see it, but ended up enjoying it a lot.-Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind...
