Agree with this policy or disagree with it, it really doesn't matter at the end of the day. The Feds in Canada long ago decided that a certain percentage of all media (books, TV, movies, music, etc, etc, etc) all had to be Canadian. I guess this huge media empire south of the border freaked out a few people north of the border and this just sounds like some bureaucrat with nothing better to do with their time screening these videos. Hey they did let South Park in, so all was not lost.
