The second is that type of ugly brought on by years of petty anger and misanthrope. The eyes and mouth will show this. Notice the attached picture. The lady in the picture is actually attempting a smile. But, it doesn't help much, since the corners of her mouth are still pursed down. Her eyes carry no radiance. She is showing her teeth, since smiling is no longer an option. She could be quite beautiful, but years of anger have turned an otherwise beautiful structure into something ugly.
