akarunway 1 #1 August 26, 2004 My variation of a recipe I got with my FRESH asparaGRASS last nite. Cook (boil) til desired effect(al dente whatever) , 1 egg and milk RYE breadcrumbs. Wrap the asparagus in REALLY dry provalone cheese and dip in milk/egg then breadcrumbs and fry in peanut oil w/ added habanero/chile pepper. Any good home recipies any body wanna pass on?
