George Galloway and I were cadets together beginning in 7th grade at the Baylor School for Boys. That was 1962, I think. Neither of us made it all the way through; by around 10th grade, it was felt by the headmaster that public school might be the best route for us!!

Georgia Military Academy, graduated 1961 with some famous people and some infamous ones. For example Senator Phil Gramm, the Barker brothers (Susan Heyward's sons), Governor Talmadge's son, Tim O'brien of CBS (changes networks) news and the infamous William Calley (he was a couple of years behind).
