Zee 0 #1 August 29, 2004 After spending nearly seven months on the couch and doing rehab for my jacked up leg, I went hiking today. I live right on top of a place called Cougar Mountain and until today, I haven't had the opportunity to really go outside and check it out. I woke up this morning and my leg didn't hurt so I thought I'd see how far I could jog - Well, the jogging thing didn't work too well, the impact is still a wee bit too hard for my shin but I found that walking at a brisk pace worked just fine. So, I figured I'd see how far I could go before my leg swelled up like a balloon animal. I made it almost 8 miles - I drank fresh water from a waterfall, saw more deer than I can count, and I ran in to a black bear. Luckily he seemed pretty scared of me (he probably saw the scar on my leg). And on the way back from my little excursion, I ran in to a purdy little cowgirl who let me pet her horse - As an extra bonus I managed to arrange a date to pet the owner of said horse, tonight If everything works out with my x-rays this week I might just find myself back in the air by Saturday. Whoa there tiger. Think about that a bit more. Maybe you should just go pet some horse owners for a few more weeks? Seriously, if you can't jog on it, don't try and jump on it.It's your life, live it! Zee 0 #4 August 29, 2004 No arguments on petting the cowgirl - It sure beats the hell out of petting kittens I probably didn't phrase that whole jogging thing correctly - I did manage to jog for about 1/2 mile before it began to hurt, and I didn't push it any further than that. I'm still waiting for my x-rays on Thursday to determine if the final break in my Tibia has closed completely. If not, well, I guess I'll just have to wait a while longer but, at least now I know that I can endure some form of impact and that I can actually run, even if it's only for a short distance. I ain't gonna do nuttin' stupid Once I feel ready, I'll jump. But, it sure does feel good to know that it won't be that much longerPeace, Z Action©Sports

I've been stuck in here so long I'd resorted to just petting them. There's not that many kittens left around here so I figured it would be best re-use the ones I had a few times before givin'em the final death blow Action©Sports
