darwin 0 #1 September 2, 2004 Hi I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for UK companies who will provide a decent level of personal injury cover to skydivers. I looked at Sports Cover Direct but they only offer £30,000 for permanent disability which doesn't seem like very much. Look forward to hearing people's suggestions

moretole 0 #3 September 5, 2004 My company got life insurance on me through Norwich Union and it covers me for skydiving and flying as a private pilot. It costs them £38/month for £500k cover. Thought this was a pretty good deal. The only draw back is they take a long time to process and approve and you have to fill out forms on skydiving (and flying in my case) and have a medical (which all get sent/done individually!). Hope this helps.
